March extra post
I have spoken to my mentor Agustin Lopez and we are considering making our team a club. After these months with the kids I believe our team has the qualifications to compete with many of the other clubs out there. We are currently attempting to raise money for that cause of turning our Saturday recreational team into a club

Answer 2:In order to have a winning team the coach needs to meet all the requirements met for a coach.
Detail #1: Coach must have an understanding of game. Most convinient if he had played prior to coaching.
Detail #2:Coach should have his players meet his demands.
Detail #3:Coach should have his players meet his demands.
