Content:

1.  It is important to consistently work on your senior project, whether it is break or we are in school.  What did you over the break with your senior project? I worked on my research check and wrote more notes. Also kept attending to my mentorship and working on proving my EQ.


2.  What was the most important thing you learned from what you did and why?  What was the source of what you learned? I learned that it is better to work on my project little by little than try to procrastinate.

3.  If you were going to do a 10 question interview on questions related to answers of your EQ, who would you talk to and why? I would talk to my old coach cause he has good knowledge of soccer and keys to victory.

 c.  What is most important in creating a hairstyle that best satisfies a customer? Yes, because it is not a one word answer and can have many different points.
 d.  How can an Anesthesiologist best treat chronic pain? Yes, because it is not a yes or no question and sets a point to start.

2.  What is a possible answer to your working EQ? Please write the answer in thesis format.  Examples:

EQ: What is the best way to support an undocumented student in graduating from college?

•  Incite them to fill out their California Dream Act 2 application; this application finally allows undocumented students to apply for financial aid.
• Further train staff to accommodate to the needs of undocumented students by requiring them to take courses in relevant areas such as remedial reading, ESL, Spanish language, and cultural differences.

My mentor is Agustin Lopez the work I am doing is relateable because I am learning what works and what doesn't when it comes down to coaching.

Past Experience with Soccer

Question 1:  Describe your prior experience in your career.
Well I have been playing soccer for 13 years. I started off playing soccer competitively at the age of 3 with 5 year olds. Then at the age of 8 I began to play club up until the age of 14. In those 6 years I won 3 anaheim cups 2 state cups and qualified to nationals.  

Question 2:  What is your most memorable experience in soccer?

The most memorable moment I have had was scoring a goal in State Cup Finals off a bicycle kick. It is memorable because we went in with a prediction of elimination in the first round.
