December Post

December Post
This month I have continued to train with my U-14 team, but we have not had any games in a month. Although we haven't had any games we continued to work hard. Working drills and teaching them new tactics and teaching them field placement. I am attempting to take my team to the next level. On another note just in case anybody was wondering our South-Poly team, which I play in, is going to have their first league game on January 17 at 3:00 it is a home game it would be great if we got support for that. This has been my December blog post. Peace!

First Loss in 2 Months

Defeated
This month for my team it was a terrible month. We went on in the season undefeated for 2 months after I had joined the team. The boys lost 3-1 after a game against an academy from Sylmar. Although the kids showed character by running and playing a great 60 minutes. Although we lost and I was not mad the boys and I continued to practice hard after this. I have began apply things from my research I have looked more into the kids as a coach in a psychological matter. And we continue to work hard to this day and I plan to play those kids again because with my improvement this kids just keep getting better and better.

Also 2 tournaments at the city level. In this case we had the most valuable player Jaime Chavoya. During this month the amount of learning I have gotten has been amazing its gone past just throw people on the fielding. It's become of composing your players teaching them to be calm but fast mentally. This is what I did during my mentorship during the month of August.
